The Music Store in South YoWorld is back open today after a fist fight caused some damage to the exterior.
At about 1:15pm today, YoWorld police were dispatched to the music store because of two men fighting and arguing in the street and blocking traffic as well as causing damage to the windows of the store.
Jim Polanski, 23 and Mark Seymour, 22 were inside of the store browsing the music gear before the fight broke out. Witnesses say that they were reportedly arguing over a limited edition Fender Stratocaster when Seymour shoved Polanski, causing him to get irate. Eventually throwing fists and causing a disturbance, the employee behind the counter shoved both men outside of the store and locked the doors in an effort to break up the fight and send the men their separate ways, however the attempt failed and both of the men started fighting in the street and throwing each other against the outside of the building, cracking windows and causing damage to the doors.
Police eventually arrived after multiple witnesses called 911 and took the suspects away in handcuffs. Both men are being charged with assault, battery and disturbing the peace.

Meth Lab Found in Vinny's Diner
YoWorld Police have confirmed that the meth lab found in today's drug bust belonged to Vinny, 36 of YoWorld who owns the diner and formerly worked at the coffee shop.
After being thrown out after an argument with the diner owner, Jon Henderson notified the police of a strange smell and small amount of smoke billowing from below the building. Police from all over rushed to the scene to question Vinny, but he refused to open the doors of the diner for investigation. Vinny then pulled out a pistol and threatened to shoot unless they left to which they called the YoWorld SWAT team. They eventually busted open the door and Vinny was taken into custody.
Within minutes of searching the diner, authorites came across an entire meth lab in the basement of the diner. When asked by police, Vinny explained that he wasn't making enough money from selling food because energy was discontinued, forcing him to take a dark road.
The employee at the Furniture Store next store to Vinny's Diner declined to comment.
Police and hazardous waste professionals have closed the doors to the diner and boarded up the windows to avoid the press and random citizens wandering into the building.
Vinny is currently incarcerated at YoWorld Correctional Facility and will be charged with Assault, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace and possession of methamphetamine. He may be sentenced to 1-2 years.

Outrage Over YoCash Prices
Many people have been expressing outrage these past few days in YoWorld. The reason is none other than YoCash prices.
Big Viking Games offered a new promotion for YoCash last week which caused an uproar in the forums. The "deal" was 20 YoCash for $4.99 USD. Many players, including gold supporters expressed their opinions and claimed that unless the deal was 50 YC for $4.99, they wouldn't be buying it and would take it as far as boycotting YoCash completely.
Our reporters went down to the Factory District of YoWorld and asked some noobs for their opinions on the ordeal. Many said that this debacle is reminiscent of the YoCash Boycott of 2009 where hundreds of noobs joined together, attempting to rid the game of the currency completely as many were struggling to make coins to buy food for energy, get clothes and have a good experience overall.
Viking Jess commented "We won't force anyone to buy anything, so you're more than welcome to hold out for a deal like that! Different deals for different players "
Local YoWorld player BrandonPLUSH also commented
While BVG staff has promised changes to the prices, many citizens are still confused and are not quite sure what to think. Big Viking Games has a history of taking advantage of people's money, so who is to say there won't be an uprising against the company in the foreseeable future? More info on this story tomorrow.

"I think the reason behind all these deals having less YoCash is due to the glitch in the mobile companion app. If the monthly active players of YoWorld are 70,000 and the google play store says that the app has 10 thousand downloads, I don't think that includes the apple store."

YoWorld Stock Market Hits Record High
YoWorld equities notched fresh record highs on Thursday thanks to comments from the President of YoWorld that specific tax reform plans — something “phenomenal” in his words — would be announced in the next two or three weeks. This single handedly revitalized the pro-YoWorld dynamic on YoWall Street that had faded in recent days amid political bickering, a poorly received increase in YoCash prices and worries over possible trade wars.
This also restores some of the worry that players would give the stock market the cold shoulder. As the prices keep going up, more and more players are investing as the lottery ticket industry is starting to receive numerous complaints and boycotts due to being rigged and unfair.
In the end, the Yeiland Wutani Corp moved up 193.51% , the Rick Roll Industries moved up to 1.85% , the Get Jazzed Corp also moved up 0.6% and the Schrodinger's Financial moved 70% higher. Treasury bonds came under pressure, snapping a four-day winning streak; the YoCoin was strong against the Farmville Coin; oil gained 1.3%, despite some very bearish inventory data earlier this week; and gold drifted lower.

Yoworld Scammers Banned From Game
Today was a successful day for Big Viking Games, current owners of YoWorld as over 5 notable scammers were caught in the act and banned from the game.
After receiving numerous reports from players around the city and eventually investigating a YouTube channel dedicated to busting scammers, moderators from BVG caught up to the alleged scammers in the Alton Tower district of the city. Names have not been announced as of now, but Viking Drew issued this statement;
"Names of the scammers are obviously out in the public due to all of the controversy surrounding them, though they were later changed to avoid being caught. We don't really feel comfortable releasing IPs and names as we still need to protect players privacy no matter what crime they have committed."
Fellow friends of the scammers declined to comment when our reporters caught up with them at Vinny's Diner on the west side of the city.
The crimes include: Money laundering, pyramid schemes and a price jacking business. A prostitution ring was also shut down, but had no connection to the scammers.
No more information was given about the massive bust as only Drew agreed to speak with us. More on this story tomorrow.
